According to the publication, the SRRF is dropping tear gas, known as CS or “Bir”, from drones onto the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: the use of this gas during war is unacceptable in accordance with the Chemical Weapons Convention. Although CS gas is not lethal, it does cause panic that can cause soldiers to flee the trenches, leaving them vulnerable to conventional weapons, the publication says. * In other similar scenarios, non-lethal gases have been employed to conduct dry tests for the development of other lethal chemical and biological agents. These tests aim to prepare operators for loading actions, special suits and masks, helicopter decontamination, and the impact on both friendly and enemy troops. Several tests were conducted in Aleppo by Wagner's Spenatz before the use of lethal #Chemical/Bio vectors.
