What is the solution to the challenges that interior designers and 3D artists frequently face? Please engage with this post and share it. There must be regulations for companies like these. I recently had a job interview for an Interior Designer/Decoration Engineer position in a different emirate. The trip took three and a half hours one way. During the interview, everything went well, and they informed me that a villa needed interior design in a specific style. They asked me to show my artistic touch and sense of style by designing the villa’s main entrance, majlis, and the bathroom attached to the majlis, with a deadline of six days. I explained that it wouldn’t be necessary to work on all these spaces just to demonstrate my design vision and artistic touch and proposed working on the majlis alone. They agreed. I returned home after the long journey back to Dubai, and the next day, I began working right away, putting in many hours and much effort to create something beautiful and complete the design as quickly as possible, hoping to secure the position. After submitting the final renders to the company, they told me that the space I designed was impressive and would be presented to the company’s owner. However, since then, I have been messaging and calling the company with no response. How can I ensure that the design I created was not shown to the villa owner to obtain approval to proceed with implementing it for them? How can we put an end to this kind of exploitation of our time, effort, and hard work?
