I believe that we have the ability to change the speed of time and we do that by creating memories, by doing different things, going to different places. X-Team was founded as a remote company, providing people with the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere. And whilst we can have the convenience of working from home, there’s something magical that happens when we can be together. For that X-Team provides X-Outposts, an opportunity to work together with your colleagues from magical places around the world. Everyone, I just, I just wanted to thank you and welcome you for coming all this way from so many different countries to come to this place, our biggest X-Outpost that the company has ever had in all the years. So many countries represented here and you know, I was thinking about coming over here. Over 17 years ago. This company was founded as a remote company, you know, remote when no other company was doing that before COVID, before lockdown, before any of that stuff where, you know, remote suddenly became this cool thing. X-Team was doing that. But it wasn't about, you know, working from home. It was about working from anywhere - And this is what we're doing. We're creating memories. And I think about it like if you go to the same office every day - So every day you catch that same bus, catch that same train, go to the same office, to the same desk, do the same work. Over 200 days, you're not going to create 200 different memories, you create 1 memory. But with us, with the ability to go anywhere, everyone of these situations is a memory. This X-Outpost, all the X- Summits that Henrique organises for us. All the things that we do with our Unleash, to actually live a life, to have something that actually changes our lives is truly quite amazing. So everyone, I just want to thank you again. People from all across the world coming together on our biggest X-Outpost ever. Thank you and welcome to the Outpost. Now there's an X-Outpost tradition which is the gift exchange. The only problem is there's a lot of people here. So we're going to start it out just to show people who haven't done it before what it feels like. And then we'll do 123. We'll we'll give a few at and then we'll go table by table going around to doing it. OK, so I'll kick us off. And my first one is to Stephanie. This is a little Koala backpack. But you can't have just koalas, you gotta get Kangaroos as well. And I heard that you like Hello Kitty, so I added a little Hello Kitty to it as well. So this is for you. Alright, so you're you're continuing. Who's next? Who have you got? You call out the person you're doing.

In recent years, we have seen a shift in what we consider a workplace, as remote jobs are becoming increasingly popular.
