Throw back Thursday to a project we undertook back in 2017. We recently restored this Portland landing and steps that had poor grouting and a patchy surface. MGS was brought in to cut out and replace the grouting, refinish the surface of the stone to give a flat, even finish, and seal the stone for added protection. It's crucial to properly maintain natural stone and Terrazzo surfaces. Recently, we encountered a situation where steps, only 4 years old, suffered color damage due to incorrect cleaning methods. Refinishing of existing resin floors is not something that’s often discussed. Over time, like many floors, resin can become tired, require minor repairs and and new sealer coatings. This week we undertook some surface repairs to a 6 year old floor and a new step installation over a 3 day period.
