Quickly coming in to remind that Life is not a race , not at all , nobody is Winning the 'Race'. No, not the British Empire , USA ,China ,not the Tatas , Birlas , Ambanis ,Musk Nobody. Leave the Rat Race. Run slow but Far. At best , the Marathon analogy works , and the aim is to complete the 'race' or go as far as you can in without really winning or losing it. Nobody is keeping the scores. A quick update: During my runs, I often engage in an internal battle within the first mile, torn between the urge to push myself and the desire to stop. Negative thoughts start to creep in – "This hurts," "I can't do this." Despite facing an injury recently, today I ran at full throttle (within my capability), progressively improving each day. Running within my limits is key. Our Performance Testing is a time our team to identify how we are going to help the athlete in front of us. We break our testing down into 5 sections: 1. Sport, Position, and Athlete Goals. 2. Previous Injuries 3. Key Performance Indicators (from our testing with @vald_performance/@valdcanada) 4. Other Key Information (Notes, etc.) 5. Recommended Program (Based off goals and testing results). From here we are programming off sport needs & individual KPIs.
