Great article from Tom Orbach. I've long been an advocate of actual 'calls' to action, with an actionable prompt. None of this 'read more' rubbish! A recent site (launching tomorrow!) we've built takes a business coach site CTA literally to 'take action' to tune into their audience's needs. Think about what it is your customer will *do*, or more to the point, *feel*! #marketing #webdesign #uidesign #uxdesign
