Congrats to EōS Fitness for hitting this milestone of 100 gyms- Impressive! I can’t wait until the San Clemente location (my hometown) to open later this year. Why is EōS so successful? Disclosure - they are my client - which means I have a front row seat to watch how they operate. 1) CEO Rich Drengberg has created a culture where the entire team focuses on the mission of EōS (the powerful why) - which is to create loyal, life-long fans and exercises practitioners. In simple speak - to create the best customer experience. It’s not a slogan - it’s how they operate. 2) The People. EōS makes a commitment to their team members: “You’ll have a career with us, or your career enhanced by us.” The leaders I have gotten to know are the most talented and committed people - and they work hard to make EōS not just a great place to workout, but a great place to work. They believe in servant leadership - and you see it in their everyday actions. 3) The continual focus on growth and development. This is one of the most impressive things I have observed at EōS. They invest in the development of their people, with an aim to continually improve their skills and the how they serve their members. I love working with EōS and have had a blast being along for the ride on this incredible growth journey. I can’t wait to see what EōS does next!
