If my flashlight dies, the chances of finding another charged AA or AAA battery are really good, because a standard was developed. If my electric bicycle battery gets low, I have a harder issue to solve due to so many different battery models, even within one manufacturer. The closest thing that resembles battery universality in the micromobility world is an Aventon #ebike that uses two WORX PowerShare 20V batteries. Let's develop a standard!

Really nice to see our 2016 Model X still hitting 170 kW charging even after 241k miles on the original battery. That along with getting 319 Wh/mi at interstate speeds down to LA and back. Pretty impressive how well these vehicles hold up after so many miles.
