📌 EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1. Guest Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Reservations Management: Handle all aspects of booking reservations, including processing payments and sending confirmations.
3. Extra Services/Damage Claims: Coordinate additional services as requested by guests and manage any damage claims in a fair and timely manner.
4. Pool/Spa Heat Schedule: Oversee the scheduling and maintenance of pool/spa heating to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Cleaner Schedule: Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are clean and ready for incoming guests.
6. Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to keep properties in excellent condition.
7. Listing Optimization: Regularly review and update property listings to maximize bookings and revenue.
8. Platform Management: Add and update listings on various vacation rental platforms to reach a wider audience.
