Indeed, solar cells receive the most attention during the peak summer months, but as Arquam Zeya correctly pointed out, the early & late summer periods are also advantageous. It's important to note that the max power o/p of solar cells diminishes with increasing cell temperature. Temperature coefficient PV panels used at (0.5%/°C), indicates that with every (1 °C) of module temp. rise corresponds to efficiency drop by 0.5%.
