I don't think Ford Motor Company has any standing for this patent as MOBINN INC already beat them to market with this exact solution. Saw the Mobinn robot at #ces2024

There are several such stairs climbing robot, one of our rocker boggie mechanism with tred wheels achieves the purpose flawlessly.
