Harnessing the Power of Music to Drive Leadership and Change Over the past few weeks, I’ve received some wonderful feedback from many of you regarding my LinkedIn posts. I’m genuinely grateful for your insights, as they’ve strengthened my resolve to continue sharing thoughts on music and the powerful messages embedded within it. Many of you have mentioned how you appreciate these connections, and it reinforces my belief that music has a unique ability to reflect life, leadership, and societal challenges in ways that are both universal and personal. This scene, in particular, offers a powerful reminder about leadership that shouldn’t be missed. When leaders stop listening to the music... In Margin Call, John Tuld (leader / boss / owner) proudly proclaims: "I’m here to guess what the music might do a week, a month, a year from now.
