As Disability Pride Month comes to a close, what have you done to acknowledge and support others? 💜 Focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging means making an authentic commitment for change for those with disabilities. 💙 This extends beyond corporate policy, workplace committees, hiring practices etc. It is your interactions, caring and support for those with disabilities in our personal lives and communities. 🤍 41% of Canadians living in poverty identify as disabled. ❓ What will you do beyond this month or this year to make a difference for this community? ❓ If you identify as disabled what do you want others to support? Transparent communication is the first step 🦶 #DisabilityPrideMonth #MoreThanDEIB
