75% of all faltalities in sports are cardivascular related! Who We Play For, and Parent Heart Watch’s Virtual Training Workshop: ECG Interpretation in Athletes is just around the corner! This is FREE training for all healthcare providers, from primary care to sports medicine providers! On Wednesday, March 6th, at 6 PM EST, presented by Dr. Jonathan Drezner from the University of Washington Medicine Center for Sports Cardiology and Dr. Lampert from Yale University of Medicine, will review the "International Criteria" and provide a systematic approach for accurate ECG interpretation in athletes. Upon completion of this workshop, participants should be able to: ● Distinguish physiologic ECG findings from ECG abnormalities requiring more investigation. ● Accurately apply the International Criteria in 6 steps! ● Outline the recommended secondary evaluation of specific ECG abnormalities. ● Reviewing return to play protocols.
