Reno Update: Week 1 🧱 Bakery renovations are well underway! Week 1 has consisted of prepping the space for painting—putting down dust sheets and frog tape over light switches, painting the walls, and receiving exciting deliveries—our sinks and flooring! Outside of the reno, we've done a lot of BTS admin, including sending out the Crowdfunder reward emails. Exciting! Getting our utilities sorted and dealing with VAT is less exciting, lol. We are in a learning process that sometimes feels uncomfortable. During this process, we've discussed ego and how it can be the enemy of progress.  It's okay not to know the answer to every question. "I don't know" is not a bad word. There are no stupid questions. Ask questions until things are clear. We'll be sure to keep you posted on our progress over the next few weeks.
