Here's the right way for brands to respond to customer pain points: I placed my order at the wrong Matto Espresso store and they had this wonderful feature wherein I could show this code to the manager at the store where I was and get my order transferred. This conveniently allowed me to feel satisfied and at ease because I knew I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of seeking a refund later and maybe even not be able to get my order in that moment due to time constraints. It shows that the company values and respects its customers. One brand that definitely needs something similar is Starbucks.
