Did you know 90% of Fortune 500 companies have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), yet only approx. 5% of companies compensate for their ERG Leads? I am happy to report that Samsara is part of that 5% that recognizes ERG Leads by providing a spot bonus for all of the work we do on top of our day jobs to provide a diverse and inclusive environment for all.
