What is a winner? A winner judges himself not by his intentions, but by the end result of his achievements. Winners don’t focus on “try” (intention), they focus on actions and results. When they don’t get results from a specific action, they take another action and another action until they get the result. As we wrap up the first quarter, what actions are you focused on to get results?
As they say, the road to hell is built with good intentions. Intent and what people say are not waht counts - it's the actions that count.
In my experience, winners indeed focus on actions and results, not intentions. As we close Q1, my focus is on refining strategies that didn't yield the desired results, and doubling down on those that did. Continuous action and adaptation are key.
Being consistent in my long game activities - creating a podcast and posting on LinkedIn are two of them!
Being consistent in connecting. 🌻
Yup…”outcomes”!!!
