Thank you Sean Ennis and Centre for Competition Policy for inviting me to present my ongoing project on FRAND platform access and the DMA. We need to look carefully into the rich acquis we have in terms of case law and decisional practice where FRAND has been applied and implemented in order to derive some first order principles for FRAND platform access.
