HEAD’S UP: Do not attempt to register on pixelfed.social! It’s not able to keep up with demand, and there have been federation outages! Hence, pixelfed.social has been removed from Pixelfed’s official server list. Want to use #Pixelfed? Try a different server. There’s over 500 of them available.

Hey everyone. If you're interested in WEB3 but need help starting it or think it is too complicated, Versatus is launching LASR to help you with the process. LASR simplifies the development of dApp, making it easier for WEB2 developers to move to WEB3. It'll enable you to program using the language you're used to and create dApps. Currently, JavaScript is supported, but Python and Rust will be added in the following months. If you are interested, check their Discord channel (https://lnkd.in/dabQDRCT). Later on today, they will be new features and explaining how LASR works.

[SAVE THE DATE] Community talk: #FastAgency - fastest way to bring #AutoGen workflows to production When: Nov 12, 8 am PST / 11 am EST / 5 pm CET Where: AutoGen Discord (https://lnkd.in/djKK_Tdg) Who: Davor Runje **Abstract:** Inspired by the design and philosophy of modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, we designed a framework that allows you to go from a working multi-agent prototype written in AutoGen to a scalable, multi-tenant application with SSO authentication hosted on the cloud in less than one hour. Depending on your needs, you can quickly build a REST-based web service running multiple workers or, in the case of an even larger scale, a distributed service built around a message broker protocol. The framework is powerful and uses complex technologies under the hood, yet it is simple to use and it requires only a few lines of code to get the desired results. FastAgency also has a simple-to-use component that allows you to render rich information in UI, giving you a better way to communicate with the end user. Last but not least, FastAgency allows you to import external REST APIs using their OpenAPI specifications and automatically build tools that can be attached to agents in just a few lines of code. In this talk, we'll walk you over the core concepts behind the framework and illustrate them with examples. #multiagent #multiagentAI #opensource w/ Hajdi, Davorin, Harish, Kumaran, Robert, Tvrtko

Hello #connections 🚀 New Article Alert! 🚀 I just published a new article on Medium: "Diving Deep into How WebSockets Work and How to Scale Them Effectively" In this article, I cover: The WebSocket handshake process. Essential headers crucial for the WebSocket connection. Security considerations for WebSockets. Scaling strategies using the Redis Pub/Sub model. Creating a mini Telegram-like group messaging app. Utilizing child processes to create a fleet of servers. I did not use the typical library Socket.io for this implementation. A huge thank you to Harkirat Singh for the invaluable insights and to the Internet Engineering Task Force for their excellent documentation on WebSockets. 🙌 Also would like to thank my JS Guru Akshay Saini 🚀 for constantly motivating us for writing technical blogs Check out the article to learn how to handle WebSockets at scale and optimize your real-time applications! 💡 https://lnkd.in/dqVJxDcT Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences with WebSockets in the comments! #WebSockets #Scaling #Redis #Tech #Medium #RealTime #Engineering #TechBlog #WebDev #SoftwareEngineering
