This is a beautiful post and resonates with me as a breathwork coach where I share techniques to raise vibrations and consciousness... Our fight with proverbial snakes is more often an inside one than an outside one. Our energy and attitudes in lower chakras can not only dominate us but decimate us in innumerable ways. However, when we use our breath to raise our energy and vibrations higher, they change our consciousness, too! The snakes of lower chakras viz fears, guilt, insecurities, rejection etc have no power over us when our energy activates our higher consciousness... Humans are gifted with numerous chakras or levels of consciousness and our energy is able to sometimes access numerous chakras as it moves up and down. The challenge is ensuring it stays in the higher chakras and does not descend too easily or too often once we are able to raise it... SWA-TANTRA KRIYA which helps not only to retain energy and raise it to higher levels of consciousness it also helps to put a stop from it descending...
