On the surface #RTO directives can seem like a blanket, one-size-fits-all approach, but this video about Lyft's return to office highlights just how nuanced #RTO can be. Yes, Lyft is asking employees to be in office 3 days a week. BUT, they're doing so with an emphasis on flexibility and productivity. They're not tracking arrival time, or total length of time in the office. Alicia Zuiker and team are being thoughtful and putting the team's best interest at the forefront 👏 Another great example of how #flexworkwins This is how teams everywhere hope to approach finding the right mix of #distributed and in-person time. Gable's recent Workplace Strategy Guide is designed to help do just that. The guide takes an under-the-hood look at the approaches modern companies are taking to their workplace strategies. With examples of specific company policies to underscore the range of workplace strategies, and to showcase the tradeoffs that come with each strategy. Written for in-house #peopleandculture and #workplacestrategy teams who want to make the best decisions for their companies, the guide is a cheat sheet that examines the tradeoffs of different workplace policies with metrics that teams should consider in designing which policies work for them, and how to measure them once they’re live. So here it is: https://lnkd.in/gBDBc-Nf Would love to hear what you think of Lyft's approach and the workplace strategy guide in the comments!
