My work life evolved a lot this year. Cos I completely invest myself in any project or brand I am working on, it's not hard for me to pick up things on the path to achieving results. However, the dynamics of choosing what to pick has been an interesting one. Answering these questions may have helped: 1. What should I be doing now? 2. How does it affect my overall career journey? 3. What is the culture making me become? 4. Is this what I want to become? etc. But my biggest win has been optimizing for learning! Including from experiences that look like curve balls—*we go use am score goal.😂
