Jayla are an automotive company based in the UK. Our aim is to provide a modern luxury vehicles at the most discerning of customers. Planning is important to me as part of our creators, Kohl's customer love, and that is making sure we get the right car to the right person at the right time. When we were looking at renders back in 2018, Anna Plant stood out for its flexibility in a time of change. As we've progressed through journey with our plan, that flexibility has been hugely positive. On the way we planned the jail up with the implementation of our plan, we have seen some tangible benefits. One of them is around forecast accuracy, where we've been able to increase. That short term forecast accuracy to 98%. We've also seen improvements in some of the processes we run. One process that used to run for 48 hours now takes half an hour. We've also got a change in the way we planned. Before it was 80% data related, 20% planning. Now it's flipped the other way with 80% planning. A number of scenarios being able to be created for a selection of the right scenario for the right time. The thing I'm most proud about through the implementation of our plan is how much people have seen the true value when it's been implemented. We haven't pushed this. It's very much grown organically. People generally blown away by how simple the system is, but the huge benefits that can give back to them. I'm Matthew Dickerson, Head of Anaplan Centre of Excellence at Jaguar Land Rover, and we plan with Anaplan.

Attention - here is the update on our digitization pilot in the finance department of Volkswagen Saxony Only 5 months after the launch of the cost dashboard created with #NeptuneSoftware at #VolkswagenSachsen, the pilot project has come of age. ▶️ 17 (!!) sub-versions in Release 1 and over 20 new functionalities (charts, settings, enhancements) have now been created. ▶️ The cost dashboard is used by over 180 cost center managers and users from all levels of the company. ▶️ New ideas and requirements are constantly emerging from the user groups and expanding the user profile (momentum). In this context, our tool for real-time cost control, which is still developed 100% in-house, is improving step by step and promoting awareness of cost sensitivity in the operational areas. And we in Controlling gain more time for predictive management 👍
