Three Group manages logistics asset used for transporting industrial flows from plants to ports, where we serve mainly industrial customers or logistics companies in that field. Before our plan we were using spreadsheets to manage 120, 000 assets. This was super long, misleading and collaborative work was really not easy. Now we have an app plan, we can gather all the information in one single source of tools and this is really helpful to get the final version of what we want to achieve. Before on a plan we started budgeting in July and they did October. Now we are planning everything during September. We do it in 1/3 of the time. We can do it faster but also with more accurate figures rather than working with more estimates in our numbers. Thanks to Anna Plan, we save a lot of time on budgeting, we save a lot of time on planification. We get it more accurate and we can use all the time saved to actually control the reality of the business.
