Recently there was more noise about pay ranges being too big, unfair, stupid, irrelevant, you name it. Sure, that happens. Y'all remember the staffing agency paying 36K-1M? Sure, Jan. 🙄 But what if I told you there IS logic behind some of these big ranges? And that your complaint is with the government for writing stupid laws that make us share information that isn't particularly helpful? If you DO want to understand it please watch this video.
