The importance of teamwork………… We’ve been on projects where every company does their own thing, but rarely communicates with the others working around them, they get on-site, heads down and work at 100mph to get finished asap. We’ve also been on projects where things move a little slower in the beginning, lots of talking, cups of tea, more talking and working out the who’s what’s where and when’s Guess which projects have finished on time, on budget and with minimum down time?? Unless the job is specifically Rope Access, Rope Access is usually the last thing to be cosidered on-site, but more often than not the most resourceful and practical method of carrying out multiple tasks, especially when combined with our other skills!
