I've got the right skills, experience and passion, and I’m confident that I could be an asset to any company willing to give me a chance, but in such an oversaturated market, it's easy to start feeling disheartened. Trying to remember my worth is the biggest challenge. I've found myself applying for jobs I'm overqualified for, which would result in a significant pay cut, all because "well... a job's a job." And while that's true, and a considerably "first world" problem, it’s important to remember my value and try to not settle for less than I deserve. So let's keep our heads up!
