🎄✨ Sunday Reflections: A Bittersweet Start to the Year ✨🎄 Yesterday, the first Sunday of the year, felt bittersweet. The joy and magic of the last 15 days—the warmth of Christmas, the delicious aroma of traditional sweets, the indulgence in cakes, the laughter of family gatherings—have gently come to an end. The festive season always feels like a beautiful dream, leaving behind a soft, lingering glow of happiness and bonding. Now, as the celebrations fade into cherished memories, it’s my moment to embrace the promise of a new year. Reflecting yesterday, I felt a mix of nostalgia and excitement—missing the holiday cheer yet drawn to the fresh goals and opportunities that lie ahead. The magic of Christmas might be over, but its spirit lives on, inspiring me to carry the same love, warmth, and hope into my daily life. It’s time to refocus, realign, and embrace the grind with renewed energy. 🎄✨ Christmas is just around the corner ... ... a time often filled with hustle and stress. We chase after the perfect gifts, plan the perfect meals, and decorate our homes to perfection. For me, this season is a reminder to take intentional time – for myself, for my loved ones, and for those who may not be as fortunate. It’s about cherishing the moments, appreciating togetherness, and taking care of ourselves 🌟. I love using this time to reflect: What has happened this year? What beautiful moments have I experienced – both at work and in my private life? Often, the year rushes by so quickly that we lose sight of the incredible things we should be proud of ✨. I look forward to taking this time for myself – to reflect, and think about where my journey will take me in the coming year. However you choose to spend the upcoming holiday season, I wish you a peaceful and fulfilling time 💖. Wishing you a wonderful end of the year and a great start to the new one! Happy Holidays! P.S.: A personal highlight for me was the small CX video (it contains our CX logo) from our internal SEEBURGER Advent calendar. When I saw the finished video, it really made me very happy 💕. Embracing “Hygge” As November winds down and the holidays draw near, it’s natural to take a moment to reflect on the year behind us. From tackling demanding projects to celebrating wins and navigating setbacks, this year has been full of challenges and growth. One thing that’s helped me stay grounded is embracing the idea of “hygge”—finding joy in life’s simple, everyday moments. Whether it’s savoring a hot cup of coffee on a crisp morning, unwinding with a favorite hobby, or spending unhurried time with family on weekend getaways, these small rituals have brought a sense of calm and gratitude. As the pace slows toward year-end, I’m reminded how important it is to acknowledge these moments of warmth and simplicity. They recharge us, giving us strength to tackle what lies ahead with a clear mind and an open heart. So, as we wrap up the year, let’s celebrate the little things that bring us joy and keep us steady. Sometimes, it’s those quiet, ordinary moments that make life extraordinary.

As the year draws to a close, Christmas serves as a gentle reminder of the values that guide us—not just during the festive season, but throughout life: compassion, generosity, reflection, and hope. This season encourages us to pause, appreciate the journey, and embrace the opportunity to evolve. For me, Christmas is not just about celebrations but also about learning: - Unlearning what no longer serves us, just as the festive spirit teaches us to let go of stress and focus on gratitude. - Recreating connections, ideas, and aspirations, much like the warmth of holiday traditions brings people together. - Embracing the unknown, as each new year mirrors the wonder and anticipation that Christmas morning holds. As we prepare for 2025, I carry forward these lessons—using them to evolve as a professional, empower communities, and foster creativity with purpose. Just like the season inspires generosity, I strive to embed intention and mindfulness in my work, ensuring every step I take uplifts and inspires others. 🙌 Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful Christmas filled with love, peace, and inspiration. Here’s to stepping into the new year with purpose and resilience! 🎄

As we find ourselves in the reflective space between Christmas and New Year. I’ve been soaking in some much needed family time while on holiday in Lanzarote. Watching the sunsets here has been a reminder of how important time really is. The colours fade quickly, just as quickly as the festive season seems to pass us. Marcus Aurelius wrote, "You could leave life right now. Let that determine what you do and say and think." While this may feel like a stark reminder, it carries a powerful truth. the impermanence of time is what makes it so precious. The moments we share with loved ones, whether it’s over a meal, a conversation, or simply enjoying the view together. These are all beautiful and precious because they won’t last forever. This week between Christmas and New Year feels like a pause, a chance to slow down, reflect, and truly connect with the people who matter most. In Lanzarote, I’ve been trying to fully embrace the present, stepping away from distractions and cherishing these moments with my family. It’s not always easy, but it’s a practice worth striving for. As the New Year approaches, it's important to celebrate the small, everyday moments just as much as the big milestones, and remember that life’s most valuable gift isn’t something wrapped under the tree...it’s time.
