No more vague job descriptions! 📝 3. Crafting Revealing Interview Questions 🗣️ With clear outcomes, AI helped generate targeted questions: "Could you share a specific example of a time when you worked with a client that was having trouble expressing their specific candidate needs?" These questions dig DEEP into past experiences, revealing a candidate's true potential. The magic? AI provides CLARITY at lightning speed. ⚡ It's not about replacing human insight.
