Enter Cine Scramble - a film guessing game inspired by Wordle! 🕹️ How it works: - Guess film titles based on plot descriptions and hints - Test your movie knowledge and discover new films - Challenge your friends and beat the high score 🚀 Key Features: - Browser-based and lightweight - Perfect for killing time and expanding your film repertoire - Customized UI/UX for optimal gameplay 👨💻 Tech Stack: - Developed using GitHub - Deployed on Netlify - Leveraged AI (Claude) for code assistance 🔧 The Development Journey: Creating Cine Scramble was a valuable learning experience. I iterated multiple times, incorporating feedback from friends to refine features like input case sensitivity, grid layout, scorecard, and film icons. 🎯 Project Goals: 1. Gain practical experience in product development and deployment 2. Understand real-world product management challenges 3. To make navigation smoother, I also implemented pagination, ensuring users can easily browse through the movie collection without feeling overwhelmed. If you've watched old movies from 1960, you can catch some of them breaking every rule of chrome-key! All without computers, look amazing, but how are they able to manage? I always wondered how but never had a chance to research it. Thanks to the Corridor Digital team, now I know it :) So, why I'm sharing these with you fellas? Because, even in the computer era we can solve problems, and come up with different solutions, by using this information, a chance to see out of the box. The hacker mindset (not the computer hacker) is a powerful approach to solving problems that combines curiosity, continuous learning, creative problem-solving and persistence, resilience, and understanding systems. The sodium vapor process (occasionally referred to as #yellowscreen) is a photochemical film technique for combining actors and background footage.
