Netflix 🍿 provide a possibility in "My List" to separate the movies 🎥 that I already watched from those which I haven't started. The movies which I already watched are crowding "My List". Here a Figma prototype that I created that shows a possible solution. What do you think? Would this feature be useful to you? (And yes: GoodFellas is a great Movie. 😉) #UserExperience #UserExperienceDesign #ProductDesign #ProductDevelopment #CrossFunctionalTeams #SpeculativeDesign

Imagine if every time Mickey Mouse appeared on screen, Disney had to sketch him from scratch... Talk about a cartoon crisis! 😱 Instead, by smartly reusing characters, backgrounds, and animations, WD built an empire without redrawing the whole animated world every time. Let's take a cue from the master of magic kingdoms and stop reinventing the digital wheel with every project. Just like Disney created timeless characters and settings that were reused across various films and merchandise, incorporating reusable components in software development can save valuable time, effort, and resources.💰✨ #DisneyMagic #SoftwareSorcery #ReuseRevolution #Composability

🌟 Progress Update on My Movie Site Project! 🎬 Today was a productive day as I made significant strides in enhancing my movie site! I successfully created the Movies List area, where users can explore various titles, along with the Movies Card that showcases essential details at a glance. To make navigation smoother, I also implemented pagination, ensuring users can easily browse through the movie collection without feeling overwhelmed. I’m excited to see this project come together and can’t wait to share more updates. Stay tuned! #WebDevelopment #React #FrontendDevelopment #Movies #Pagination #ProgressUpdate

Runway’s new Video-to-Video feature is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in post-production and VFX. While the tech is still in its early stages, it’s clear that we’re headed for a future where the only limit is imagination. 🚀 Tools like this are reshaping how we approach production, allowing us to experiment and create in ways we’ve never seen before. For agencies and production companies, the potential to speed up workflows and open new creative doors is massive. The future of post is no longer about the tech holding us back—it’s about how far we’re willing to take it. #VFX #PostProduction #RunwayGen3 #AIinProduction #ContentCreation #CreativeTechnology

🌟 Excited to share my latest design project! 🌟 I’ve been working on a conceptual landing page for Netflix, specifically dedicated to anime enthusiasts. 🎨✨ As an anime lover myself, I wanted to create a space where fans can easily find their favorite shows and discover new ones, categorized by audience-specific interests rather than just genres. This approach ensures a more personalized and engaging experience for every viewer. From vibrant visuals to user-friendly navigation, every detail was crafted with the anime community in mind. 🌸💫 Check out the design and let me know what you think! I’d love to hear your feedback and thoughts on how we can make anime discovery even better. #AnimeDesign #UIUX #NetflixConcept #ProductDesign #AnimeCommunity #DesignInnovation Netflix

If you've watched old movies from 1960, you can catch some of them breaking every rule of chrome-key! All without computers, look amazing, but how are they able to manage? I always wondered how but never had a chance to research it. Thanks to the Corridor Digital team, now I know it :) So, why I'm sharing these with you fellas? Because, even in the computer era we can solve problems, and come up with different solutions, by using this information, a chance to see out of the box. If you're a #GameDeveloper or #GameDesigner you need to have a hacker mindset. The hacker mindset (not the computer hacker) is a powerful approach to solving problems that combines curiosity, continuous learning, creative problem-solving and persistence, resilience, and understanding systems. The sodium vapor process (occasionally referred to as #yellowscreen) is a photochemical film technique for combining actors and background footage. It originated in the British film industry in the late 1950s and was used extensively by Walt Disney Productions in the 1960s and 1970s as an alternative to the more common bluescreen process. #gamers #game #gamedesign #CorridorCrew #movies #MaryPoppins

"Experiences keep us creating, rather than copying" – Ed Catmull, President of Pixar Experiences, good or bad, are what give us character, confidence, identity, authenticity and perspective. And, unfortunately, now, because of our growing dependence on our apps, we're removing one of the greatest sources for experiences – inconvenience. As "Seinfeld" proved (as explained in this video) inconvenience offsprings – folly and happenstance – are the keystones of all great experiences.
