I always love these stats about happiness and the science behind it, thank you for sharing Andrea Trank 🙏 A few years back, I also took a course about happiness, with Prof. Raj Raghunathan, and it really opened my curiosity and wider understanding of this concept. It feels like a journey that we can approach from multiple perspectives, with a variety of techniques and tools.
Great approach to happiness, Andrea Trank. If we were happy all the time we would not be able to realize it and enjoy it as much as we do. And, having a purpose, is awesome for generating happy moments.
