Jamie Oliver's Classic Spaghetti Carbonara Ingredients: * 8 oz spaghetti * 3 egg yolks * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese * 4 slices of pancetta or bacon, diced * 1 clove of garlic, minced * 2 tbsp olive oil * Salt and pepper * A handful of fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and Parmesan cheese. Set aside. 3. In a large pan, cook the pancetta or bacon over medium heat until it is crispy. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. 4. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the pancetta and garlic. Toss to combine. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the egg yolk and Parmesan mixture. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Serve the spaghetti carbonara with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top. http://ow.ly/5WQH30sy8Zl
