NATIONAL SPAGHETTI DAY National Spaghetti Day on January 4th offers an opportunity to pick your sauce and add it to that long, thin cylindrical pasta of Italian and Sicilian origin. Usually made from semolina flour, this pasta has been a worldwide favorite for ages and loved by millions. #NationalSpaghettiDay There are various pasta dishes based on spaghetti, and the sauce determines most of them. Some examples include spaghetti ala Carbonara, garlic and oil, tomato sauce, meat sauce, bolognese, Alfredo sauce, clam sauce, or other sauces. In addition, we traditionally serve spaghetti dishes topped with grated hard cheeses such as Pecorino Romano, Parmesan, and Grana Padano RealEstateMiami #SouthFloridaRealEstate #RealEstateSunnyIsles #SunnyIslesRealEstate #SunnyIslesEstate #RealEstateSouthFlorida #MiamiRealEstate #RealEstate #Realtor #houseexpert #househunting #home #RealEstateAgent #RealEstateBroker #RealEstateExpert #RealEstateForSale #Realty #Broker #HomeForSale #HouseForSale #PropertyForSale #HomeForSaleMiami #HomeForSaleSouthFlorida

It's lasagna day, so we have a recipe for you to try for dinner tonight if you're so inclined. Here's what you need: 2 boxes of oven ready lasagna noodles (we like Barilla), a can of refried beans, a 2 cup package of shredded cheese (we like a Mexican blend), a package of French's fried onions, a large jar of picante sauce. Optional additions, chopped peppers, black beans, and/or frozen corn! Directions: in a baking pan (we use 9x13) spray it with cooking spray and spread out a very thin layer of picante sauce to cover the bottom. Take a noodle, spread refried beans on it and create a layer of bean covered noodles. Next add a layer of picante sauce, then sprinkle it with cheese, then sprinkle on a layer of fried onions. You could add your optional items between the beaned up noodles and picante. Continue layers until you get close to the top. For the top, we typically skip the beans and just do the noodles, cheese and onions! Then you throw it in the oven and bake according to the noodle box. It's pretty easy! Let us know if you have questions!

Start by cooking the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until it is al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. In a large skillet, cook the diced pancetta or bacon until it is crispy and golden brown. Remove the pancetta from the skillet and set it aside. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Set aside. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the pancetta and toss to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat and let it cool for a minute or two. Slowly pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta, tossing constantly to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with some of the reserved pasta water. Serve the spaghetti carbonara immediately, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired. #GRAPHIDESING #PRODUCTDESING

Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs ground beef (I use venison) 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄4 cup onion, minced fine 9 -10 slices bacon 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 6 hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion and shape into 12 large, thin patties. Top six patties with 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese (this is approximate-use what looks right). Place remaining 6 patties on top of cheese/bacon topped patties and press edges to seal. Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes per side until done. We like ours well done. The last 2 minutes of cooking top patties with remaining bacon and cheese. Serve on buns.

A cold night with a big bowl of noodle-y, saucy goodness is a balm for the soul. Pasta is essentially made with four ingredients — water, eggs, wheat, and salt. The word ‘spaghetti’ is derived from the word ‘spago,’ meaning twine or string. Like in Italy, spaghetti is cooked worldwide to “al dente,” which means it is soft enough to be bitten easily and quite chewy. Because of the chewy texture that is soft but firm, spaghetti can easily handle tomato sauce. Most spaghetti dishes are tossed in meaty tomato sauce and topped generously with freshly grated parmesan or Romano cheese. 🍝🧀🍞 ❓: Do you like spaghetti? I decided to whip up this dish, and Wow! it turned out exactly how I imagined. Cooking is one of the ways I channel creativity, practice attention to detail, and unwind after a productive day. I would like to share the joy therefore here is the chemistry behind Pasta el pomodoro(spaghetti mixed with tomato sauce) with beef as an additional ingredient: - 1. Place the beef in a skillet with water and add one teaspoon of salt(optional). Let it cook for 40 minutes. Wash three tomatoes, coriander/parsley, two bell peppers, and an onion, then cut them into desired pieces. Place each into small bowls. 2. Add a pinch of salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, two tablespoons of sugar, ketchup, and black pepper to the tomatoes and mix well. 3. In another skillet, bring three-quarters of a pot of water to a boil, then add your spaghetti and let it simmer for 6 minutes. Be mindful of the spaghetti to prevent overcooking. 4. Once the beef and spaghetti are cooked, sauté the onions in a pan until golden brown. Add the tomato mixture and let it cook until it becomes a thick purée. Then, add the bell peppers, beef, and coriander, and let it cook for 2 minutes before turning the heat to low. 5. Finally, gently add your cooked spaghetti and mix well using tongs or a fork to avoid over-mixing and prevent it from becoming mushy. Once everything is well incorporated, turn off the heat and serve while hot. You can garnish with parsley or a slice of lemon. #CreativityInTheKitchen #SkillBuilding
