#manufacturing pps. Suggestion time. Friend is working on a handheld consumer device that is ready to start scaling. The product will involve investment casting, electronics, injection molding and final assembly. Rather than go out to each supplier individually, they think they'll work with a single partner to get them to (a) validate engineering, design and materials, (b) help prepare for certification and, (c) help in selection of production partners. Ideally that partner would have experience with fluid in devices too. Who has suggestions for partners? Or process?

Depends on scale. The full scope makes me think of the Jabil's of the world. If a smaller qty is needed, a local design/build firm would be the way to go. Jeff Radichel ME, MBA may have more specific ideas. I can ask the Protolabs UK team too.
