How do we make a I a good sales Rep? It's almost impossible or it's really hard. But those delineators between a good sales Rep and a bad sales Rep usually come down to personality. Their ability to deliver, their ability to build relationships, their ability to relate to the prospect, understand their pains, interpret their body language, their behaviour and identify that there's some problem there that we can fix. So I'm not sure I maybe I'm completely wrong, but I'm not sure we can get to that level. Maybe we can. But for now. I think there's definitely a specific place for human touch within sales moving forward, but I can definitely enhance our performance as we move into that world.
