Why do QUEST Electrical Ltd pay high rates per hour for our in-house Industrial Electricians? 🤔 JIB rates and valuation criteria is one thing but at QUEST Electrical Ltd we have a different view. At QUEST, we want “Difference Makers” And in return - We Pay 💷 We want people that come and work for the business that add value, deliver targeted outcomes consistently and genuinely “make a difference” through their contribution on a daily basis. I'm often asked why question electrical pay so much per hour for the electricians that we employ. Now the reality is I don't pay everyone the same wage rate. It comes down to their capability. It comes down to their experience. It comes down to having a proven track record in being able to deliver high quality installations that are safe. But Quest Electrical want to offer the best in class service in our industry. So to do that, if you're going to do the best in class electrical insulation, you have to have the best people doing it. So what we find in our industry is if you were to earn ��2425 per hour in the electrical industry, industrial specifically, you would probably have to go and work in the sea on rigs and you would probably have to be away from your family for at least a month, two or three at a time, which clearly in the world of work life balance isn't ideal. So we we want to extend that opportunity to earn that level. But while being able to go home to your family or go home on an evening and not have the need to be away for significant periods of time. And the incentive for them is the earning. The incentive for me is that in return I get the best possible installation they can do. They treat my customers like I would treat my customers. They manage sites and the health and safety of sites the highest regard. And if I'm paying people top work, I expect that in return their incentive is to make sure that that that is delivered for our client and the experience is first class. So that's why I'll pay top rates.

Hawkesley C of E Primary School, completed on behalf of Taylor Wimpey plc West Midlands. I was delighted to work for Taylor Wimpey plc (West Midlands) to design and install a small playground project at Hawkesley C of E Primary School. This tarmac play area now has a new roadway design and artificial grass surface ready for when the children return in September. This took the amazing team at ESP PLAY just one day to complete. I was delighted to support Barratt Developments plc (Sheffield) with their community project at Maynell Primary School. In combination with with many other suppliers working with Barratt Sheffield, we have all come together and completed this fabulous new outdoor learning space for the school. Today is a sad day as we say goodbye to our cleaner June Harris. 😢 Today sees the retirement of our wonderful cleaner June Harris. Myself and Anne Nolan treated her to a lunch and a glass of 🍷 June had never been in a Porsche, so as you can see she was driven to the restaurant by me to give her that experience. 🏎️💨 All the team are very sad to see her leave. She is part of the furniture at ESP PLAY and QUEST Electrical Ltd. Everyone has come together to say their goodbyes and wish her a happy retirement. June assisted me today in awarding Alfie Trickett the Spotlight of the Month award at ESP PLAY. Well done Alfie on your award and enjoy your prize. Thank you for all hard work June. We will see you at the company summer BBQ. 🍗

Elston Park in Preston is a stunning housing estate completed by Story Homes. When we were asked to create the playground, I was over the moon and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. This inclusive space creates an environment where all children have access to play. As a huge Man United fan, there’s one person who I’ve always looked up to and that’s Sir Alex Ferguson. Through grit, determination, and a never-give-in attitude, he overcame adversity and made United one of the best teams in the world.
