You will be responsible for formulating strategies, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, ensuring compliance, and mentoring your team members. Your role involves finding ways to enhance the quality of customer service and implementing best practices at all levels. Ultimately, we'll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.   Responsibilities:   ●     Recruit, train, and manage personnel to ensure a skilled and motivated team. ●     Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and procedures. ●     Contribute to strategic planning and reviews, including the development of action plans. ●     Address customer issues, drive improvements, and resolve complaints. ●     Collaborate with the executive members and/or managers, implement policies, and maintain open communication. ●     Analyze inventory and equipment effectiveness to reduce costs. ●     Review and approve operational invoices, contracts, and vendor relationships. ●     Plan, monitor, and optimize budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. ●     Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe work environment.   Results:   ●     Support the Property Management team in achieving and maintaining a 97% occupancy rate while ensuring properties are well-maintained and profitable. ●     Foster clear and effective communication with the CEO and CFO, aligning strategic planning at multiple intervals. ●     Respond promptly to all inquiries, providing excellent customer service to tenants and investors. ●     Establish transparent expectations, creating a results-driven team culture. ●     Efficiently resolve both urgent and non-urgent issues, ensuring successful project completion. ●     Implement transformational leadership practices to facilitate team growth. ●     Optimize systems and maintain strong financial and legal foundations. ●     Track client results to ensure desired outcomes are met.
