I believe in an independent Environmental Protection Agency and I've been on the record in relation to this. What this is about is a genuine attempt to take this forward in terms of improving environmental governance in Northern Ireland. And I'm setting up an independent panel so we can look at how we can improve environmental governance. And I'm open to what they're going to come back in terms of their recommendations. But let's be clear that this is a genuine attempt to move this forward. And once that report comes back, I will give that due consideration and come swiftly to the Executive and then the Assembly in relation to that.

When it comes to the Environmental Protection Agency (#EPA) suffice it to say, that the industry has had its fair number of conflicts with the agency over regulations and enforcement.
