.'Between our air, food, and water, there isn’t a part of our existence that isn’t contaminated by microplastics and plastic pollution. Do you agree that there should be federal action to curb the contamination of microplastics into our environment and our food chain?' I agree, we have a solemn obligation to protect our environment and our food supply. 'Megacorporations like Formosa Plastics have a long history of dumping tons of plastic waste into our waterways. Does it concern you that Formosa and other plastic producers continue to engage in toxic plastic pollution that is harmful to our environment and our health?' This is absolutely unacceptable and we must take action now. 'Every minute, the equivalent of two garbage trucks of plastic waste enters the ocean – and if this pattern continues, there could be more plastic than fish in our oceans in less than 30 years. How important is it to you that we protect our oceans from more plastic pollution?' Extremely important! 'Corporate polluters could unravel decades of hard-fought victories for people and the planet.
