Write your request in the following format: P - Purpose: Define the clear goal of your prompt R - Relevant details: Include necessary context and information O - Outcome: Specify the desired result or format M - Mindful of limitations: Be aware of AI capabilities and constraints P - Precise language: Use clear, unambiguous wording T - Test and refine: Iterate on your prompt for best results

Sad, but true…so many people are being forced to fit into imaginary stereotypes that a test tells them they must be. Be yourself.

When your contractors envy your W2 employees, your organization is doing many things right! Yesterday, I was talking with a new addition to a learning and development team at a major global MedTech and innovative medicine company. I am privileged to serve as a contracted facilitator for North America, thanks to my partnership with SyNet Group. She asked me why I was passionate about working with them on the new manager program. I told her that I believe in their mission to blend heart, science, and ingenuity to profoundly change the trajectory of health for humanity. When I have to wake up at 3 AM Monday to catch a flight to Jacksonville, FL, to facilitate this three-day workshop, I am not focused on the money but on the mission. It is worth it. Even my small contribution may make a difference in helping them to realize their mission and ultimately save lives. I invested my first facilitation check into that company's stock. I want to be a stakeholder in their success. Why? Because of the way the people at this global corporation have treated me, not just as a contractor but also as a respected partner. Working on this project has been one of the best engagements so far in my career. Would I recommend this company to other people? Without a doubt.
