Friends, we are hiring for another AE at Dock I cannot stress enough how massive this opportunity is to join Joey Wright and me. 2024 is a crucial year for us and we can't wait to meet our future partner in crime : ) JD is in the comments, but let me share some thoughts on why this is such a killer opportunity: ✅ Product Velocity It has been incredibly refreshing to show prospects our updates this year. Our eng team has been firing on all cylinders, shipping the right features incredibly fast. In 2023 alone, we've released price quotes, order forms + e-signature, a content library system (move over Highspot, Showpad, & Seismic), security profiles, multi-page workspaces, custom branded workspaces and a bunch of UI/UX updates. Prospects and customers alike often ask me "what sets Dock apart from the competition?" and my answer every time is product velocity. ✅ Huge Market Dock has truly transformed how I think about GTM best practices. There is an ocean of opportunity to help B2B orgs upgrade how they share content and collaborate with prospects, partners and customers. Gartner says 3/10 B2B sales will be done via a digital sales room by 2025 😲. Today, most sales teams are still relying on email opens to track engagement with their champions and key stakeholders. And most CS teams are using GSheets to onboard them. ✅ Freedom to Experiment We have ideas on the best way to approach our sales process, but this role will help us fine-tune that and try new things. At the end of the day, we are in the business of crafting wonderful buying experiences for our own customers and the person in this role will help us make our own process absolutely perfect. ✅ Our Team is Brilliant A smart person somewhere once said that you should never be the smartest person in the room so you can learn and grow from those around you. This is a very easy box for me to check being at Dock because everyone on our team shares brilliant ideas all the time. I know I'm getting at least 1% better every day just by being here in the trenches at Dock - wouldn't have it any other way! I could go on of course, but LI posts have limits.
