Assess the products you use in your daily routines and surroundings to identify areas with potential toxin exposure, such as cleaning products, personal care items, and even foods. 2. Choose one area you want to concentrate on at a time. No need to become overwhelmed. Start with food products by eliminating all processed box food, swapping for fresh, frozen, and whole food options. Then move to cleaning products and personal care. 3. Gradually replace the products with low-tox alternatives, prioritize organic foods, or grow your own, choose cleaning solutions created with natural ingredients and scents. 4. Educate yourself on ingredient labels and consider lifestyle changes that promote overall well-being, like reducing plastic use and incorporating more plant-based options. Small, consistent steps can make a significant difference over time.
