In just the past few months, major rules from CMS, ACL, and HHS have all put high priority on making public services more accessible to people regardless of gender, disability, age, or economic status. This makes information and referral even more important. I look forward to hear how 2-1-1s, aging and disability resource centers (ADRCs) and other referral partners are evolving to meet the growing challenge!
