Real estate is not easy. There are some aspects of real estate that are political like any other business. There's office politics, and other things that you would rather not have to deal with. Within the office, there might be some competition. You can't control who else is in the brokerage and isn't it sometimes personalities clash😱 also sometimes there's favoritism. If your book of business for your real estate career is based on someone else, giving you leads, and for some reason you've rubbed that person the wrong way. you may fall from in favor of the broker or whoever's giving you leads, your may business dry up. To prevent this, you must maintain a consistent stream of leads. To do that without buying leads you must prospect. A lot goes into lead generation. Contact, Communication & Conversion.
