Marketing student at VT | Bringing the analytical & creative together

🌟All good things must come to an end but the skills I learned from my internship this summer will last me🌟 Last week marked the final week of my summer internship with Regeneron. This summer I had the privilege of working with the Commercial Training department, where I focused on updating and optimizing the training material for the LIBTAYO team. I want to thank the team especially Bridget McKeever Chiuchiolo, MBA for the opportunity and for being a great mentor to me. With this role I was able to leverage my creativity, analytical skills, and research abilities to create new materials and to provide a more positive and streamlined onboarding experience for the sales representatives. Throughout my internship I not only sharpened my existing skills but also developed new ones, such as stakeholder management, project management, and leadership. 💡Here is a quick overview of what I accomplished and the lessons I learned along the way: - Researched effective training tactics and conducted market research with recently hired sales representatives to gain insights of their experience in training and in the field 📊 - Preformed a comprehensive audit and SWOT analysis of internal assets, providing actionable recommendations focusing on user experience (UX), adult learning principles, and accessibility 💻 - Collaborated across teams including the creative, communications, and app management teams to implementing the suggestions I proposed. 🤝 This experience was truly rewarding and I'm incredibly thankful to be part of such a great team. The experiences I've gained from Regeneron have been monumental in the steps I take in my professional career. #Regeneron #2024Internship #marketing #digitalmarketing #UX

Congratulations, Angelina Jannace. I and probably potential hiring managers would also be interested to know, what happened as a result of you completing these tasks? I ask because it is important for people to not only know you learned how to perform a SWOT, but what impact it had. That sets you apart from the rest of us who know how to perform a SWOT and it provides context for your career.
