What inspired us to create ROBAL? It was the need to onboard employees rapidly while staying compliant with hiring laws. Once that part was done, organizing the employee's data and requirements for their jobs was time consuming and a revenue detractor. Bottom line scaling is hard. Keeping compliance processes the same while scaling is even more challenging. With ROBAL we take some of the challenges out of the equation.
