Time flies when you’re having fun. ⏱️ And for me… time has just flown! I love to keep up on my LinkedIn posts but I set a challenge that has kept me more than busy. Back in January, I set an intention to support 5000 women leaders on their journey towards healthy leadership. And in just three weeks, by the end of that month, I launched the Rise and Be Recognised series and then opened the doors to Speak Up Stand Out: Building Influence and Impact for Women Leaders. ✨🚀 (Heads up: I’m about to open the doors again - link to join is in the comments.) I’ve been having a blast (i.e. been very busy!!!) building content and videos, and hosting live Q&A sessions for the women who joined the first beta cohort of the Speak Up Stand Out programme. ⭐ This is the kind of amazing and honestly - motivating - feedback I got from the very first module: “I was able to incorporate many of the tools already. And it was just really interesting to see the way that dynamic on the video call changed.” “I could tell that rapport was developed there. It was a successful meeting. They were smiling on the other end and there was more of a willingness to cooperate.” ⭐ And then as we progressed: “It’s like my weekly dose of self-care.” I’ve been astounded by the positive feedback from the founding cohort. I’m truly touched by how everyone showed up, asked really insightful questions and brought their leadership challenges to the group calls for coaching and feedback.
