When my first child was born, I started developing an idea for a children´s series. That child is going to school now.. And the series can be watched since yesterday on KiKA von ARD und ZDF. 😍 https://lnkd.in/entqTQHV I am absolutely not fluent in social media and hardly ever use LinkedIn, but this is an occasion to thank all the wonderful people, who helped NITSO AND THE VERY HAIRY ALPHABET in getting out to the world! In the first place huge thank you to Andreas Hykade and Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg Animationsinstitut where the pilot episode was produced with the one and only Laura Messner as my diploma project. Thank you Lilian Klages with Eagle Eye Filmproduktion UG, who produced the series, for allowing all the creative freedom and making sure that the heart of the project is preserved. And above all thank you for the patience and persistence in bringing NITSO to life. Peter Morgenstern and Silvia Keil it was such a pleasure to work with you!! From the first comments on the treatments, till the last polish of sound design. Manuela Lumb, thank you for being the first one really believing in the Hairy Alphabet, as well as CARTOON and Agnes Bizzaro for giving the first opportunity to present the project back in 2019. GS Animation / Grupa Smacznego, the Polish co-producer, thank you for bringing so many super talented artists to the project!! Milena Koleśniak who designed a huge chunk of our props, characters and backgrounds. Marta Herashchanka and Zuzanna Rogala, wonderful animation supervisors, who managed to keep our special animation style in all the 26 episodes. Lada Levchuk, the best rigging artist ever! Huge thank you to Marius Kirsten who composed the music for all the 26 episodes, as well as our cool intro song. We have a different musical instrument featured in each episode (D for didgeridoo, K for Kazoo etc), and our outro tune is in fact played each time with a different instrument. Marius even learnt to play nose flute for the episode N 😍 Not to forget Underground blues sung by Marius in the episode U. And of course, Stella Raith (ep. G,K,N,R,Q,Y) , Nina Prange (ep. D,E,I,L), Lukasz Kacprowicz (A,C,F,J,M,S,T,U,V), Tomek Wyrąbkiewicz (ep. H,P,W,X,Z) and Michał Poniedzielski (ep. O), directors on the episodes, who enchanced the stories with loads of humour and cool ideas. It was a great pleasure to work with all of you and thank you so much for bringing in your individual sensibility, creativity, attention to detail and crazy ideas to the Hairy world.
