Just had a lightbulb moment about sales pages! 💡 I've been chatting with a marketing consultant friend, and she pointed out something most of us get wrong when showcasing our products or services online. Turns out, we're often thinking about ourselves instead of our customers. 🤦♂️ Here's the key takeaway: ✨ Focus on who each package is for, not just what's included For example, instead of listing every feature, consider labeling packages as "Hobbyist" or "Professional" and explaining why it's the right choice for them. Nobody cares about your brand. It's a harsh truth, but one that every marketer needs to hear. Your customers don't care about you. They care about what you can do for them. Listicles are excellent at showing people why they should care. At their core, listicles are just lists. Ground-breaking, right? When creating a listicle, list 4-5 reasons why people should care. Then give them the option to learn more about the product. Don't always focus on the features. When you first start testing, focus on the benefits. Features tell, benefits sell. So when using a listicle for top-of-funnel (TOF) selling, emphasize benefits. When using them for middle-of-funnel (MOF), you can focus on features. Remember… your audience is interested in what's in it for them. Make sure your content reflects that. Here is what we found to be the winning formula for a listicle funnel:

It took us 4 months to make 1 template sale. That $97 purchase meant everything. But this journey started WAY back 😅 7 months ago we had the idea for website templates 6 months ago we started researching our target audience 5 months ago we looked at different pricing models 4 months ago we created our first template 3 months ago we developed our marketing strategy 2 months ago we hired experts to push our messaging 1 month ago we launched another 3 templates Only then, then did we get our first sale. Launching a new business or product takes grit. In a world where all we see online is: Products selling out in minutes Companies getting investment People making 6-figures It can feel like you aren't winning. But you NEED to celebrate every milestone. Why your landing page isn't converting: - You don't have unique positioning - You don't have clear messaging - You don't have a clear ICP - You don't have a compelling value proposition - You make your landing page about yourself rather than about your customer - You're not selling a desirable, vivid outcome - Your customers don't trust you - Your customers don't believe your offer - You don't have a clear call to action - Your customers don't have a good reason to take action now - Your form is too long - Your form is too hard to find Fix those and your landing page will convert at least 5% consistently.
