Drawing from firsthand perspectives of lived experts and supervisors who were interviewed or surveyed, we will explore actionable insights that can inform and enhance our practices within the field.

The data is from state child welfare agencies between 2015-2017 and displays three main metrics: Case Planning: Percentage of mothers and fathers engaged in case planning. Mothers: 68% Fathers: 55% Needs: Percentage of needs accurately assessed for mothers and fathers. Mothers: 64% Fathers: 47% Services: Percentage reflecting how often appropriate services were provided. Mothers: 59% Fathers: 46% Now that we are in 2024 how much do you think these statistics have changed?
